Return & Refund Policy

At JoJe Cakes & Pastries, we take immense pride in our handcrafted, small-batch bakes. Because our products are perishable and baked to order, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and sweet experience for all our customers.

1. Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept physical returns. Once a cake, brownie, or pastry has left our kitchen or been delivered, it cannot be returned for resale.

2. Issues with Your Order

We want you to love your treats! You may request a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged on Delivery: If your order arrives significantly damaged during transit.

  • Incorrect Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered.

  • Quality Concerns: If there is a clear defect in the product.

3. How to Request a Resolution

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the product and packaging.

  3. Message us directly via WhatsApp at +91 97912 04897 or email our support team.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your concern is verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Replacements: We will prioritize baking a fresh replacement for you as soon as our schedule allows.

  • Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided.

  • Items that have been partially or fully consumed.

  • Minor aesthetic variations (as all our products are handcrafted, slight differences in decoration are normal).

  • Change of mind after the order has been baked.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours from placing of the order. Cancellations made after 2 hours will not be considered as thhe baking process has already begun.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive your complaint or concern, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
